简要介绍了扫描电镜(SEM)产生和发展的历史,并阐述了它的基本组成和工作原理,最后论述了扫描电镜在研究霉菌的生长、繁殖和死亡等方面的应用.
The production and development history of SEM is introduced, its basic compositions and working principle is narrated. Finally, the application of SEM in the study of the mould＇s growth, propagating, death and so on is discussed.
