Development of radiographic welding seam inspection system for steel tube

摘要 介绍了一种应用于钢管焊接接头检验的射线透视系统的设计原理与实现方法。通过MeteorⅡ/Digital图像采集卡和编制的图像处理软件WZL-1实现了实时采集和处理X射线透视图像。经过生产运用表明,该系统的分辨力可达到5.0lp/mm,检验一个焊接接头所需时间平均约为20s,其性能优于目前市场上的同类系统。 The design principle and realization method of a new kind of radiographic welding seam inspection system for steel tube were introduced, Through Meteor Ⅱ/Digital frame grabber and image processing software WZL-1, the system could grab and process radi- ographic images in real time. The manufacturing process indicates its resolution ability can reach 5.01p/mm and the inspection time for a welding joint is about 20s. The performance is better than other similar products in the market.
