摘要
介绍知识生命周期理论提出的背景,在此基础上详述知识生命周期理论以及由这一理论而衍生的开放式企业、可持续创新等理念;从知识过程与知识管理之间的区别、知识过程与图书馆人本管理的结合、图书馆的管理者要营造一个开放的知识环境、开展基于知识过程的知识服务四个方面分析知识生命周期理论对图书馆发展的启示。
This paper discusses the background of the knowledge life cycle (KLC) and the new idea of open enterprises based on the KLC and its theory. According to the analysis of the KLC theory, the paper shows how the KLC has influenced the library development from the aspects such as the difference of knowledge process from the knowledge management, combination of knowledge process with humanism, an access to open knowledge and knowledge service based on knowledge process.
