摘要
目的探讨中学生和大学生人群中节食流行状况及其影响因素,为开展健康教育提供依据。方法随机抽取武汉市城区的中学生和大学生1 883名,以问卷形式进行调查。调查内容包括节食程度、节食观点、肥胖行为相关因素等。结果轻度、中度、重度节食的学生分别有1 341,491,8人,依次占总人数的71.2%,26.1%,0.4%。女大学生中节食率显著高于初中和高中女生;初中男生节食率显著高于大学男生和高中男生。通过多因素Logistic回归分析,有年级、体重意向、节食是否不利于健康的观点、肥胖是否是一种疾病、健康状况5个因素进入回归模型。结论在武汉市青少年健康教育中,要引导学生正确看待节食行为。
Objective To explore the prevalence of dieting behaviors and its influencing factors among adolescents students and to provide evidence for health education. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 1 883 students sampled from secondary schools and college in Wuhan. The contents of the questionnaire included Adolescent Dieting Scale （ ADS）, dieting views and obesity-related influencing factors, Results There were 1 314 （71.2%）, 491 （26.1% ） and 8（0.4% ） of the students heing categorized minimal dieting, intermediate dieting and extreme dieting respectively. In female students, the dieting rate of college students was significantly higher than junior and senior middle school students, but in male, the rate of junior middle school students was the highest. Multivariable logistic analyses showed that the risk factors were grade, weight tendency, views on dieting, views on obesity and health status, Conclusion The importance of dieting prevention in mate is the same as that in female. Health education should be focused on dieting views.
