摘要
目的：指明肾上腺结核的ＣＴ表现并估价ＣＴ诊断的可能性。材料与方法：回顾性复习了１０例肾上腺结核的ＣＴ检查所见。结果：ＣＴ检查，肾上腺结核依病期而有两种不同形态学表现：双肾上腺增大，内含低密度区，并呈环状强化；双肾上腺部分或完全钙化。结论：ＣＴ检查对肾上腺结核具有诊断价值，多数病例结合临床和实验室资料可获得正确诊断。
To provide the CT features of adrenal tuberculosis and evaluate the capability of CT diagnosis.Materials and Methods:CT scans in 10 patients with bilateral adrenal tuberculosis were retrospectively studied.Results:CT scans revealed two different morphological manifestations depending on disease phase:Enlarged adrenals including some low density areas with ring enhancement,or partial or total calcified adrenals.Conclusion:It was believed that CT is valuable in the diagnosis of abrenal tuberculosis.The correct diagnosis could be made in the majority of cases by CT in combination with clinical and biochemical data.
