摘要
本文介绍了一种新型的生物传感器——表面等离子体激元共振(SPR)传感器,它是进行生物分子相互作用分析的一种先进手段。与其他技术相比,它具有实时检测、无需标记、耗样量较少等优点,在药物筛选、Il缶床诊断、细胞膜模拟和生物大分子相互反应等领域中的新兴应用日益扩大。本文介绍了 SPR 的结构、原理、优点、应用及其新进展。随着联用技术和纳米技术的深入研究,SPR 将有广泛的应用前景。
This paper introduces a new biosensor - surface plasmon resonance (SPR) biosensor, it is an advanced method for biomolecular interaction analysis. Compared with other methods, SPR has the advantages of real - time detection, no reagent labeling requirements, minimal sample consumption, etc. Their emergent applications in areas of drug discovery, clinical support, cell membrane simulation and large weight biomolecule are rapidly expanding. In this paper, I introduce the configuration, theory, advantage, use and new development of the SPR. With the dip study of combine and nano - technology, SPR will have a broad applied foreground.
