摘要
用改进的紫外吸收法测定ＳＭＡＯ休克及假手术对照组家兔血浆中分子物质（ＭＭＳ）含量的动态变化。结果表明，ＳＭＡＯ休克组家兔血浆ＭＭＳ含量显著升高；假手术对照组家兔血浆ＭＭＳ含量显著降低。ＳＭＡＯ休克组家兔还同时存在多种血浆生化指标含量改变及内脏器官的组织损伤。对ＭＭＳ变化的可能发生机制进行了讨论。
The changes of content of middle molecular substance;(MMS)in plasma weremaasured by means of an improved ultra-violet ray absorption method in both SMAO shockgroup and sham operation group of rabbits .The results showed that plasma MMS level in-creased significantly in SMAO shock group,but it decreased significantly in sham operationgroup.Moreover,there were also alterations of some biochemical parameters in plasma and tis-sue injury of some important organs during SMAO shock,The pathogenesis and clinicalsignificance of these changes were discussed.
