摘要
超临界水氧化是一种先进的污水处理方法.利用一套简便实用的超临界水氧化实验装置,对超临界水氧化法处理含苯胺的染料废水进行了实验研究,考察了反应时间、温度、压力和初始浓度等工艺参数对苯胺降解率的影响.结果表明,超临界水中的氧化反应能有效去除染料废水中的苯胺,降解率可达97.21%;反应时间、反应温度和反应压力是影响苯胺降解率的重要因素;随着反应温度、反应时间和反应压力的增加,苯胺的降解率增加,但苯胺的初始浓度对苯胺降解率影响很小.苯胺降解合适的反应温度为500~550℃,反应压力为30~35 Mpa,反应时间应大于240s.
Supercritical water oxidation (SCWO) is an advanced method for wastewater treatments. The treatment of aniline wastewater with a practical SCWO reactor system was designed. A lot of experiments were carried out to study the influences of various factors on the SCWO destruction rate for aniline, such as residence time, temperature, pressure and initial concentration. The experimental results show that aniline destruction rate can be reach to 97.21% by SCWO; as other conditions are consistent, the destruction rate for aniline in SCWO rises with the increase of residence time, temperature and pressure, while the initial concentration of aniline has little influence on the destruction rate. For aniline by SCWO, the appropriate temperature is 500~550°C, pressure is 30~35 MPa and time is more than 240 s.
