摘要
在自建的静态法高压相平衡测试装置上,在较宽的温度、压力、溶剂比条件范围内,测定了胜利减压渣油在超临界正戊烷中的平衡溶解度.得到了脱沥青油(DAO)的平衡收率和溶剂在两个平衡相中的分配率等基础数据,并对试验结果进行了讨论.
The equilibrium solubility of Shengli vacuum residue in supercritical n-pentane was measured and investigated at different pressures,temperatures and solvent to residue ratios with a specially designed steady-state high pressure phase equilibrium apparatus. The corresponding equilibrium yield of deasphalted oil (DAO) and the equilibrium distribution of the solvent in theses coexisting phases were derived. The results showed that the solubility increa seswith increasing pressure and decreases with increasing temperature. When the solvent to residue ratio increases, the solubility decreases and the yield of deasphalted oil increases with the density of supercritical n-pentane kept constant, the solubility increases with increasing temperature.
