摘要
主要描述了柴油机多次喷射过程中 NO_x 的生成机理,阐述了柴油机多次喷射的雾化过程及其滞燃期模型。通过 在产品柴油机上采用预喷射,分析了预喷射量、预喷射与主喷射间隔以及主喷射定时等因素在实际标定过程中降低 NO_x 的原因。
The mechanism of NO, generation in diesel engine with multiple injections was described in this paper. Process of fuel spray and model of its pre- combustion were explained in detail. Influential factors effects of pilot, including pilot quantity, interval between pilot and main injection, main injection time were tested on a sample diesel engine with common rail system.
