摘要
以乙基纤维素(EC)等为阻滞剂,用固体分散法制备颗粒,研制了水溶性药物维生素C的控释制剂。药物溶出试验发现维生素C从颗粒及制剂中的溶出呈溶蚀型模式,其释药速度受高聚合物种类、用量比例及颗粒大小影响。本制粒法可用于水溶性药物控释制剂的制备。
The controlled release dosage form of water soluble medicine vitamin C which was prepared with vitamin C and polymers by solid dispersion method was studied. As a result, it was clarified that the dissolution behavior of vitamin C from solid dispersion granules was of a type leaching from the matrix and was affected by the type of polymers, the ratio of the polymer in the granules and the particle size. These results suggested that this granulation method was useful in preparing a sustained release preparation of water soluble medicine.
