摘要
本文采用转篮法对广西7家药厂8个批号的清火桅麦片进行了体外溶出速率试验。方差分析表明:各样品间T_(50)、T_d、m有显著性差异,提示生产工艺,设备、原辅料来源不同对片剂溶出速率影响很大。同时作了崩解度测定,结果显示T_(50)和崩解时限之间无显著相关性。提示崩解快的片剂,其有效成分不一定很快溶出。
The dissolution rates in vitro of eight batch numbers of Qinghuozhimai Tablets prepared by seven medicine factories in Guangxi autonomous region were tested by the rotatory-basket method.The analysis of variance indicated that T50,Td and M anong various samples showed significant difference,Which suggested that the difference among procedures,equipments,origins of raw and accessory materials have a great effect on the dissolution rate of tablet.Meantime,the disintegration degree was also deternllned.The result showed no significant correlation between T50 and disintegration time,which suggested that the dissolution of active components from tablet that disintegration is quick be not certain to be quick.
