摘要
阐述“TCS2000大型养路机械电子插件自动测试台”大型测试系统中数据采集部分的硬件设计,介绍6通道16bit高精度AD转换芯片ADS8364的工作原理和基本使用方法,提供ADS8364与FPGA的接口电路、FPGA的相关设计流程。平台可以进行连续的多通道数据采集,整个系统工作状态稳定可靠。
Hardware design is explained for the data acquisition system in TCS2000 automatic test stand for electronic plug-in boards of large track maintenance machine. The working principle and basic operations are illustrated for the 6-channel 16 bit high accuracy chip ADS8364. The interface circuit between ADS8364 and FPGA is given as well as the design flow of FPGA. Continuous multichannel data acquisition is available with the platform and the system works stably and reliably.
