摘要
该系统是为实时监测柔性元件受力、确保施工安全而研制.系统包括三部分:顶推式张力测定器采取液压顶推技术,通过力的三角平衡来监测缆绳受力,它主要用于初值测量和标定;容栅式张力传感器采用先进的容栅技术测量缆绳受力下的形变,根据虎克定律换算缆绳张力值,它精度高、可靠性好,可实时测量;无线传输与显示装置采用先进的无线技术,将测量数据传输至控制室,达到远程实时监测的目的,确保施工安全.经实践验证,该系统方便、准确、可靠、功耗低、具有良好的应用前景.
This system was developed to detect the tension of cable-like organ, to assure the security of constructions. It has three components:Based on the hydraulic pressure technology, the push-type tension determination device detects the cable tension by the triangle -equation of force, it is used as initialization and calibration device; the capacity grating sensor uses the advanced capacity grating technology to detect the cable elongation, and then calculates the tension, it is precise, reliable and can detect the cable tension all the time; wireless device adopts the advanced wireless transmission technology to transmit data to the control cabin, so as to achieve remote monitor, toassure the security of construction. From the practical use, we know that this system is convenient, precise, reliable with low consumption of energy. So , it has bright application foreground.
