摘要
文章从中国法制史教学困境入手,总结分析中国法制史教学模式的困境,提出本门课程的教学在教学理念、教学内容、教学手段等几个方面的对策及解决措施,为培养复合型人才提供探索之路。
This text from point out that the Chinese legal system history teaching predicament commence, the summary analyzes the predicament of the Chinese legal system history teaching mode, putting forward the teaching of a course in the counter plan of several, such as teaching principle, content of course and the teaching means.., etc. and solve the measure. The renewal that tries for the Chinese legal system history teaching mode throws the brick to lead the jade; reuniting for the development a talented person provides the quest of road.
