摘要
随着城市用于制冷取暖的电力空调数量不断增加,导致城市冬夏季用电十分紧张。为此,提出了住宅小区采用天然气热电冷三联产的方案,并就某8万平方米普通住宅小区4种不同燃气轮机和制冷机组的组合方案进行了技术经济分析;分析表明,4种方案热电冷三联产的一次能源利用率都在75%~83%之间,比常规用电每年可节省1694万元;在以热载荷(冷载荷)确定电负荷的原则下,燃机与溴化锂制冷机匹配型方案的经济性能(包括静态和动态投资回收期、内部收益率、净现值和净现值率)优于小燃机配大制冷机的组合方案,但一次能源利用率和单位燃料产能率则是小燃机配大制冷机的组合方案更优一些。研究结果表明:4种方案的技术性能均达到要求,其中方案4的经济性能最优。
As air-conditioners driven by power increase continuously for refrigeration and heating in cities, the power shortage is severe for the city areas in summer and winter seasons. The gas utilizing program with joint heat, power and cold-energy generation is proposed for living quarters. The technical and economical analysis of 4 different programs to joint the gas turbines and the refrigerators is conducted for a living quarter with 80. 000 m2. The results show the primary energy using factor is from 75% to 83% for the 4 programs with joint heat, power and cold-energy generation, which can save 1.6. 94 million Yuan of RMB per year comparing with conventional air-conditioners driven by power. Under the principle of determining the power load by heating (or refrigeration) load, the economy (including the static and dynamic payback period, the internal rate of return, the net present value and the net present value index) of the program of the gas turbine right matching with the refrigerator is better than the program of the small gas turbine matching with the big refrigerator. But the program of the small gas turbine matching with the big refrigerator is better on the primary energy using factor and the energy-producing ratio by unit fuel. The results show the technical performance of the 4 programs all reaches the requirements. The fourth program is the best of all on the economy.
