This paper expounds the economic and social benefits of the heating-electric-cooling tri generation, introduces its developing situation, points out that the heating-electric-cooling tri generation fit with in the sustainable developing strategy, and puts forward several suggestions for developing further the heating-electric-cooling tri generation.
