摘要 介绍了运动中骨骼肌分泌细胞因子白介素-6(Interleuk in-6,IL-6)的最新研究成果:骨骼肌不是单一的收缩器官,而且还是一个内分泌器官。在运动中骨骼肌能够分泌大量的白介素-6。局部收缩肌细胞分泌量比安静时高出近1000倍;血浆白介素-6浓度比安静时高出近100倍。 This paper summarized update achievements about the interleukin -6 (IL -6) from skeletal muscle. Skeletal muscle has been recognized as only a contractile organ for many years. Almost same as skeletal muscle, immunity system has also been regarded as main source of inteleukin - 6, which was discovered at very beginning in immunity system. Latest studies, however, has shown that the skeletal muscle is main source of inteleukin -6 during exercise. The skeletal muscle is able to secret a large amount of interleukin -6 and such amount can be seen only in sever infectious patients.
