摘要
阐述了图书馆产业化发展的必然性,指出图书馆产业化是向更高层次的公益性服务发展的过渡阶段。从树立图书馆产业化发展的观念、培养和吸收高素质人才、改进和完善管理制度、打造核心竞争力等方面提出了图书馆产业化发展的对策。
This paper expounds the inevitability of library's industrializati on development, points out that library's industrialization is a interim toward hi gher level public service development. This paper puts forward countermeasures o f library's industrialization development from the aspects of building up ideas of library's industrialization development, training of the high quality talents improving and perfecting managerial system, forging core competitiveness, etc.
