摘要
目的:了解哮喘患者对定量雾化吸入器(MDI)和都保吸入器(都保)吸入技术的掌握情况。方法:调查已经使用过一定时间MDI和都保的哮喘患者,让患者按照在家庭、社区的使用情况,演示2或3次MDI或都保吸入的过程。仔细观察,找出其中存在的问题并进行记录。然后针对具体情况进行个体化健康教育和MDI、都保吸入技术的训练指导。结果:患者MDI使用的正确率为12.8%(19/149),都保使用的正确率为41.5%(17/41)。健康教育和训练指导后,MDI使用的正确率上升至81.9%(122/149),都保使用的正确率上升至87.8%(36/41)。结论:目前哮喘健康教育和管理工作还很薄弱,加强这方面的工作是提高哮喘控制率非常重要的环节。
Objective To investigate how asthmatic patients handle metered dose inhaler （MDI） and turbuhaler. Method Asthmatic patients having used MDI and turbuhaler for sometime were investigated, who demonstrated the using of MDI or turbuhaler 2 - 3 times, just as the way they used at home or community. After careful observation, their mistakes were found out and recorded, individual health education and instruction of using MDI and turbuhaler were given. Results The rate of correct use of MDI was 12.8% （19/149）. The rate of correct using of turbuhaler was 41.5% （ 17/41 ）. After health education and skill training, they respectively went up to 81.9% （122/149） and 87.8% （36/41）. Conclusion At present health education and management of asthma is still weak. It is an important component element to raise asthma control rate.
