摘要
研究了异氰酸酯、扩链剂、端胺基聚醚对聚脲体系凝胶时间的影响。异氰酸酯的结构对体系的凝胶时间有显著影响,不同异氰酸酯的凝胶时间按TDI、纯MDI、液化MDI顺序依次增加。扩链剂的胺基上的氢越活泼,用量越大,体系凝胶时间越短;端胺基聚醚的官能度越高,分子量越大,固化反应过程中,凝胶时间越长。可以通过调整聚脲体系组成实现喷涂聚脲弹性体的凝胶时间的预设控制。
Effects of isocyanate, chain-extender, polyether polyamine on the gelation time of spray polyurea elastomer(SPUAE)were investigated. The results showed that the structure of isocyanate and the activity of hydrogen of amino-groups on chain-extender had important role on the gelation time of SPUAE, the gelation time of SPUAE increased according to the order:TDI, MDI, MDI,decreased with the increase of amount of chain-extender. With the increase of the functionality and molecular weight of polyether polyamine,the gelation time increased.
