摘要
100％固含量聚氨酯弹性体高速反应喷涂技术是近年来发展起来的一种新型喷涂技术，具有无溶剂、可喷涂、高速固化等特点。本文结合我们研究积累的经验和文献报导，较系统地介绍了该技术的发展、涂料化学组成与性能关系，以及喷涂设备方面的情况。
The 100% solids fast reactive spray technology of polyurethane (polyurea)elastomer is a new trpe of spray-coating technology. The advantages of the technology include nonsolvents, being spray, fast curing and so on. This review will systematically introduce the development of the new technology, the chemical composition of the specialcoating, as well as the equipments of the spray-coating.
