摘要
在系统论述回转式空气预热器漏风形成原因的基础上,依据热端扇形板的热变形规律以及工程实践经验,提出了基于模糊控制策略的回转式空气预热器热端漏风PLC控制系统方案,利用三菱公司FX系列PLC和ADAM4019模拟量采集板实现了实时测量漏风间隙和对转子变形量的跟踪,对空预器运行过程中的漏风实现了良好的控制,同时极大的节约了漏风控制系统的成本,整个系统安全可靠、实现方式简单、成本低廉、控制精度高。
Based on the particular analyses of the reasons of the rotary regenrative air heater which cause the air leak,under the distortion law of the hot rector board and the practical experience of project,a rotary regenerative air heater hot end control scheme using PLC which is based on fuzzy control strtegy is presented in this paper.The FX series PLC of and ADAM4019 analog data collector carry out the real time measurin of the air leak clearance,tracing of the rotor' distortion.The comtroller has a good preformance on controlling the air leak during the changing process of the air heater's distortion.At the same time,it greatly reduces the cost of the control system,and endow the system with characteristics of safety and credibility,briefness in structure,low cost and high control precision and so on .
