摘要
回转式空气预热器是高参数大容量电站锅炉广泛采用的尾部换热设备,漏风率高是该类设备的致命缺点,降低了电厂的经济效益。文章提出了高参数机组回转式空气预热器漏风分布的综合模型,其中包含2个子模型:一个是基于压降机理建立的质量守恒和能量守恒模型;另一个是基于流体网络建立的空气预热器内部漏风分布模型。文中以某电厂300MW机组尾部换热设备为仿真对象,求解回转式空气预热器的径向、周向和轴向的漏风分布,得出轴向漏风和径向漏风可以相似化处理的结论。所以在加装径向密封装置时也应该对轴向密封加以改造,这对回转式空气预热器的状态检修和运行维护具有指导意义。
A comprehensive model of leakage distribution in rotary regenerator(air preheater)of high parameter boiler unit is proposed in this paper,in which two submodels are embodied,the first refers to the pressure drop mechanism based mass conservation and energy consernation model;the second,based on a gas flow network,represents modeling of leakage distribution with in the regenerator.In the paper,with the tail heat exchange equipment of a 300 MW boiler in a power plant as the simulation object,the leakage distributions of rotary regenerator through the radial, peripheral and axial seals are solved,with the conclusion gained,that the axial leakage and radial leakage can be treated through similarity.consequently,when the radial seatings are additionally installed,the axial sealings should be retrofitted simultaneously too. this has guiding significance for the condition-based repair,operation and maintenance of rotary regenerator in that power plant.
