摘要 神经肽Y是一种重要的交感缩血管神经递质,与去甲肾上腺素共同发挥作用。现就其在体内的分布、受体信号转导途径及其对心血管的作用机制进行综述。 Neuropeptide Y is an important sympathetic vasoconstrictive neurotransmitter,and play roles with norepinephrine together. The article reviews its distribution in body, receptors signaling pathways, effects and mechanism on cardiovascular system.
