摘要
通过改进J.W.Shuai和P.Jung钙振荡模型,得到与IP3浓度相关的动态IP3-Ca2+振荡模型。利用改进模型,数值分析依赖性参数#和钙通道数目N对Ca2+振荡的影响,得到Ca2+振荡关于参数#的分叉图、Ca2+振荡与IP3振荡的一致性、钙通道数目N对Ca2+振荡的影响等。这些模型结果显示了Ca2+振荡的特性。
In this paper, with help of improved J.W.Shuai and P.Jung Ca^2+ oscillation model, the dynamical IP3-Ca^2+ oscillation model connected with varying IP3 concentration was obtained. Using revised model, the effect of dependence parameter A and number of Ca^2+ channels N on Ca^2+ oscillation was analyzed. The bifurcation diagrams of Ca^2+ oscillation as a function of λ was found. The coherence of Ca^2+oscillation and IP3 oscillation was gained and the effect of number of Ca^2+ channels N on Ca^2+ oscillation was studied. These model results reveal the properties of Ca^2+ oscillation.
