摘要
水污染行为具有严重的社会危害性。着重分析增设水污染罪的必要性、该罪的概念和构成特征、认定该罪应注意的问题。
The behavior of water pollution is very harmful to society. This paper makes an emphatic study on the problems about the legislative necessity, the concept, the constitution, and the application of the crime of water pollution.
