摘要
传统的健美操教学关注的是与学生生理健康相对应的技术教学,而忽视了与学生心理健康相对应的心理素质培养。因此,在健美操课中应加强对女大学生进行心理训练,提高女大学生心理素质并完善健美操课的教学效果。
Traditional calisthenics teaching pays attention to the skill teaching related to the physiology health, ignores the mental quality cultivation related to the mental health. So calisthenics teaching should strengthen mental training for female undergraduates, improve their mental quality, so as to perfect the teaching effect.
