摘要
体育锻炼会对大学生的心理健康有积极的影响 ,对调节和缓解大学生因学习负担而造成的心理压力有良好的效果。本文采用问卷调查法、数理统计法对安徽、河南两省的 3所高等院校的 733名在校大学生进行了研究 ,对经常参加体育锻炼的大学生与全国常模、高等学院进行了比较 ,另外还研究了运动量对心理健康的影响 ,证明体育锻炼对提高大学生的心理健康水平的确有很好的帮助。
