摘要
依据文献计量学的原理，运用统计方法，对《水利水运科学研究》１９７９￣１９９５年间发表的论文、作者和引文进行了详细地统计和客观地分析，得出该刊发文量、论文作者及引文量的特点和规律，肯定了该刊作为全国水利工程类核心期刊的合理性。该刊对宣传和推广南京水利科学研究院的科技成果；促进水利、水运科技信息交流；发现和培养人才；推动我国水利、水运建设事业的发展等，起到了积极的作用。
According to the principle of document metroolgy,the amount of published theses,authors and quots of Journal of Naming Hydraulic Research institute over the years 1979-1995 were counted in detail and objectively analyzed by statistic method,the feature and regular pattern of its thesis dispatched amount,author and quote amount were obtained, affirmed the rationality to look upon it as the key issue of water conservancy engineering category in this country. This journal takes active effect for propagating and spreading the scientific and technical achievements of Naming Hydraulic ResearchInsitute; promoting the exchange of scientific and technical informations in water conservancy and water transportation;discovering and fostering qualified personnel and pushing forward the development of water conservancy and water transpotation construction of the country. Also from one side revealed the actual strength of scientific research of Naming Hydraulic Research Institute.
