良好的基本姿态是健美操训练的基础,对身体基本姿态训练的重要性及必要性进行了分析,总结了基本姿态训练的方法,包括站立姿态的训练、身体主要部位基本姿态训练,以及把大众健美操基本动作作为基本姿态的训练手段等。
Having a good basic posture is important for the gymnastics training, This paper analyses the importance and necessity of basic posture training and summarizes its training methods that include standing posture training, training of basic postures of main body parts and training methods of public gymnastics basic postures.
