摘要
通过对不同类型中等职校间的比较及重点与非重点学校的比较,对河北省中等职业学校教师的职称结构、年龄结构、学历结构、教师来源及其流动4个方面进行了调查分析。分析发现,职业中学师资相对薄弱;成人中专师资处于绝对减少状态;技工学校师资结构不合理;民办学校骨干教师比例偏低,兼职教师职称和学历层次偏低;高级职称教师普遍流失严重;对各级学校的评估指标层次不清;中职师资中研究生学历比例较低,等等。
By comparing deferent types of secondary vocational schools, the author takes investment and analysis the professional titles structure, age structure, record of education structure, source and assets of teaching staff in Hebei province, and finds many problems like shortage of high-quality teachers and core member, unreasonable teaching staff structure, low of educational background, brain draining seriously, etc.
