卵巢癌术中腹腔内热化疗研究进展
摘要
卵巢癌是一种常见的妇科肿瘤,目前主要的治疗方法为手术治疗联合药物化疗,为提高该病的治疗效果和患者术后的生存率,近20年来,将腹腔热化疗(IHCP)作为进展期腹腔肿瘤的辅助疗法应用于临床,大大地提高了患者的生存质量。就IHCP治疗卵巢癌的理论依据、技术方法、临床应用、疗效、并发症和副作用等方面的研究进展作综述。
