摘要
目的 观察采用大剂量、大容量5Fu腹腔热化疗对消化道恶性肿瘤的疗效。方法 对58例消化道恶性肿瘤患者围手术期及术后采用了大剂量、大容量5Fu腹腔热化疗 ,5年后对该组患者进行随访。结果 该方法简便易行 ,无严重毒副作用和并发症 ,疗效满意。结论 本法是治疗中。
Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of large dose 5-Fu hot chemotherapy in the peritoneal cavity. Methods Large dose 5-Fu hot chemotherapy was conducted on 58 carcinoma cases at the perioperative and postoperative periods and followed up for five years. Results Large dose 5-Fu hot chemotherapy showed better therapeutic efficacy with no severe side effects and complications. Conclusion Large dose 5-Fu hot chemotherapy was an effective therapy for the metaphased and advanced carcinoma in the gastizo in feptinal tract.
