研究了高纯Ti单晶在SEM中循环变形及多晶在拉-压对称疲劳和反复弯曲疲劳时与孪晶相关的疲劳裂纹萌生.发现除孪晶界外,循环孪晶带内孪晶与孪晶的碰撞。
he twin dependent crack initiation characteristics have been studied on Ti monocrystals subjected to reversed push-pull cycling in SEM and polycrystals subjected to alternating bending fatigue tests or reversed push-pull fatigue tests. It is found that in the as-stressed monocrystal, fatigue cracks nucleate along the midrib of cyclic twin bands. In the bending fatigued polycrystals, cracks are induced by the impingement of cyclic twin upon grain boundary. In the push-pull fatigued polycrystals, cracks initiate along twin interfaces or along a particular plane within twinning-detwinning region.
