摘要
目的 探讨螺旋形双J管在复杂输尿管结石ESWL中的应用价值。 方法 对 97例复杂性输尿管结石患者ESWL术前分别放置普通双J管 (对照组 4 5例 )和螺旋形双J管 (治疗组 5 2例 ) ,观察比较ESWL疗效。 结果 对照组平均ESWL次数为 4 .2次 ,治疗组为 3.8次 (P <0 .0 5 )。对照组结石一次粉碎率 2 0 .0 % ,治疗组 2 3.1% (P <0 .0 5 )。对照组平均排石时间为 10 .5周 ,治疗组为 8.5周 (P <0 .0 1) ,两组比较差别均有显著性意义。
Objective To evaluate the use of spiral Double J stent in the treatment of complica ted ureteral calculi with extracorporeal shockwave lithotripsy (ESWL). Methods Spiral Double J stent was inserted in 52 patients with complicated ureteral calculi before ESWL,and the conventional Double J stent was inserted in 45 patients as control. Results In the control group,the number of ESWLprocedures was 4.2,while in spiral Double J stent group,it was 3.8( P <0.05).The fragmentation rates with a single procedure was 20.0% in control group and 23.1%( P <0.05) in the spiral Double J stent group.The average stoneclearance time was 10.5 weeks in the control group and 8.5 weeks( P <0.01) in spiral Double J stent group. Conclusions The spiral Double J stent has been better than conventional Double J stent in the treatment of complicated ureteral calculi with ESWL.
