针对消失模工艺在球墨铸铁件生产过程中出现的皱皮和缩孔等现象,进行了原因分析,并提出了相应的整改措施,为使用消失模工艺进一步开发球铁件市场提供了很好的借鉴作用。
The defects of wrinkled skin and shrinkage occur in the production of ductile iron castings using Lost Foam.The reasons were analyzed, and the corresponding corrective measures were put forward, which provided a good reference for the use of lost foam process to further develop nodular iron casting market.
