病毒感染与慢性阻塞性肺疾病严重程度的关系 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察病毒感染与慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)严重程度的关系。方法采用间接酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)方法同时检测血清流感病毒A(F luA)、流感病毒B(F luB)、呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)、腺病毒(ADV)、副流感病毒(PIV)的IgM抗体。结果重度COPD患者IgM抗体阳性和两种及多种病毒感染例数明显高于轻、中度COPD患者。结论病毒感染与慢性阻塞性肺疾病严重程度有明显相关。 Aim To observe the correlation between virus infection and the severity of the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods ELASA were used to detect the IgM of FluA,FluB, RSV,ADV and PIV. Results The positive virus infection and double infection and multi-infection in severe COPD patients are significantly higher than those in mild and moderate COPD patients. Conclusion Virus infection is significantly related to the severity of the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
