摘要
用盐酸对凹凸棒石黏土进行改性处理后, 由于凹土中八面体出现不均匀、不连续溶解以及局部四面体硅的溶蚀,导致凹土孔道开放和直径扩大,比表面积增加,将它用于废水中Cd2+的吸附处理,效果良好。结果表明:经 3mol/L盐酸改性处理后的凹土吸附能力最好,凹土加入量为 40g/L,水样pH=5,超声搅拌 20min条件下,废水中Cd2+的吸附率接近 100%.
The paper reviewed the modification of attapulgite with HCl of different consentration, and its further application in Cd - containing wasted water treatment. The absorption time and pH of sample wasted water which affect the elimination of Cd^2 + ion from the sample were investigated. The specific surface area test was adopted to define the mechanics of modification. Results shows that the optimal absorption condition was the attapulgite which had been treated in 3mol/L HCl. The increase of specific surface area attributes to the asymmetry and incontinuity dissolution of inner octahedron structure, and the segmental corrosion of cubic Si induced the amplification of inner holes. When modified attapulgite was used in Cd - containing wasted water treatment its absoption portion approached 100%. The optimal technological conditions were 40g/L attapulgite addition, sample pH = 5 and with 20min supersonic stiring.
