摘要
凹凸棒石的链层状结构具有特殊的物化性质及工艺性能,经有机改性后的凹凸棒对有机物的吸附性大大提高。着重叙述经常规有机改性和超声波法有机改性后的凹凸棒对脱水洋葱加工废水中的特征性风味的吸附作用,并用感官方法比较其对有机物的吸附能力,以臭强度等级作为标准。经比较证明,超声波法有机改性的凹凸棒石对水中含硫化合物的吸附量最大,添加量为2.5g/50g时,脱水洋葱加工废水的特征性风味可以完全吸附。
The stratified structure of attapulgite had special physical chemistry qualities. Through organic modification, the ability of absorbing organic substances was improved greatly. The paper emphasized on the effects of characteristic flavor sorption of general organic modified and supersonic treatment attapulgite on the waste water produced in dehydrated onion processes. And the grades of smelling intensity were used as standards to compare the sorption abilities to the organic substances with sensory method. The results showed that the best one was the supersonic organic modified attapulgite (SOMA) which arrived the top of the sorption of smelling and there was no smelling remained as the amount of 2.5g(SOMA)/50g waste water.
