异丙酚合安定、氯胺酮在人工流产术中的应用

摘要 目的:观察异丙酚合小剂量氯胺酮、咪唑安定用于无痛人工流产术中的麻醉效果.方法:选择ASAⅠ级、停经45～60 d的孕妇40例,分成两组,每组20例,异丙酚+芬太尼为Ⅰ组,异丙酚合氯胺酮、咪唑安定为Ⅱ组.观察两组病人用药前后BP、SpO2、HR的变化,异丙酚的诱导量及总量,苏醒时间及不良反应.结果:Ⅱ组麻醉前后的BP、SpO2、HR平稳及不良反应少,与Ⅰ组相比差异显著(P＜0.05),异丙酚用量也明显减少(P＜0.01).结论:异丙酚复合小剂量氯胺酮、咪唑安定与异丙酚复合芬太尼比较,血流动力学稳定,不良反应少,效果确切.
