摘要
P3(Prim avera ProjectPlanner)软件在石油管道E PC项目中已经得到了推广和应用。文章总结了P3软件在这些项目中应用的效果:突出了计划和控制在项目管理过程中的核心地位、建立了较规范的作业分类码和W B S模版、有效地实施了项目进度控制。分析了应用的不足:对项目计划的认识、项目资源和费用计划及控制还有待提高,没有实行分级计划编制。并提出了改进建议:加大相关知识的培训力度,进一步规范项目管理信息系统。
P3(Primavera Project Planner)software has been effectively applied and popularized in many EPC projects of oil and gas transportation pipelines. This article summarizes the applied results of P3 software in those projects; analyzes the insufficiencies and proposes some ideas of improvement.
