摘要
为了观察早产儿听力成熟变化规律和密切相关因素,采用听觉诱发电位法筛查了168例早产儿的听力。结果:早产儿的脑干听觉诱发电位波Ⅰ、波Ⅲ和波Ⅴ的平均潜伏期是随着胎龄的增加而缩短。差异有显著意义。峰间期、波Ⅰ~Ⅴ、Ⅲ~Ⅴ和Ⅰ~Ⅲ同样也随胎龄的递增而递减。早产儿于胎龄34周,在30dB强度的刺激下,90%早产儿的脑干听觉诱发电位,其波Ⅴ的潜伏期达正常成人水平。因此,胎龄34周是早产儿听觉成熟的关键年龄。提示:对早产儿的听力筛查应该从胎龄34周开始。
