摘要
目的探讨军校大学生的人格特征。方法对192名某军校大学生采用加利福尼亚心理调查表在专业人士的指导下进行测评分析。结果军校大学生自我实现水平较国内常模高,进取心、表达沟通能力、灵活性强,性格果敢。但同时又易冲动,自我控制能力差,自我关注程度高,对环境的限制有较强的不适应感。不同年级、专业的学生具有一定的特征性。结论军校大学生群体自我确认程度较高,人际适应较好,但社会价值内化程度较差,成就潜能表现不明显。
Objective To explore the personality features of military college students. Methods Surveys and analyses were conducted with the California Psychological Inventory in 192 military college students. Results Compared with national norm, the students had higher level of self-realization, stronger up-andcoming, expressing and connecting ability and flexibility and resolute character; but they were prone to impulse and had poor self-control, higher self-concern and poor adaptation to environmental limit. Students of different grades and professions had certain features. Conclusion Military college students had higher self-confirmation and better interpersonal adaptation, but poor social value internality and unmarked showing of achievement potential.
