摘要
数字图书馆是国家、社会发展的信息基础设施，开展社会教育是数字图书馆的基本职能。为建设学习型城市，满足市民终身教育、终身学习的需要，应以数字图书馆作为平台。论文对数字图书馆和学习型城市的相关问题进行了分析，提出了基于数字图书馆的学习型城市构建的几条措施。参考文献7。
The digital library is the information infrastructure of the progress of the society and the nation. One of the functions of digital libraries is to develop social education. In order to construct the learning- oriented city and satisfy citizens＇ need for lifelong learning and lifelong education, the digital library ought to be used as a platform. The paper analyzes the related problems of the digital library and the learning - oriented city, and puts forward some steps to construct the learning - oriented city based on the digital library.
