摘要
用常规显微注射法将鲤鱼总DNA注入鲮鱼受精卵,并将受精卵培育成鱼种。以自然降温方式及人工降温方式测试并比较了实验组鲮鱼与正常鲮鱼的耐寒能力。结果表明,实验组鲮鱼的耐寒能力优于正常鲮鱼,但改善是有限的。
In this paper,We microinjected carp DNA into mud carp(Cirrhina molitorella)fertilized eggs,and then established the experimental mud carp. By lowering the water temperature naturelly or manually,We studied comparatively the low temperature tolerance of experimental mud carp and normal mud carp.The experimental mud carp were more tolerant of low temperature than normal mud carp.The experiment showedthat carp DNA were able to improve the mud carp's low temperature ednurance.However,the improvement is only a little We proposed,when the problem of genetic mechanism and molecular basis of low temperature endurance in fish is thoroughly solved,the effective scheme for improving cold tolerance of mud carp could beestablished.
