摘要
教学质量监控保障体系就是通过收集教学信息、评估教学效果、诊断与更正教学过程的偏差等活动对学校教学工作进行全过程、全方位的质量监督与控制,促进教学工作不断改进,保障和提高教学质量。目前高职院校的教学质量监控中还存在着监控不平衡,发现问题缺乏及时反馈、跟踪验证和有效解决的措施等问题。今后应进一步加强质量文化建设,推行全面质量管理,强化实践教学环节的过程监控。
The teaching-quality supervision system is to supervise and control the whole teaching process through collecting teaching information, evaluating teaching effects and correcting deviation, in order to improve teaching quality. Some problems still exist such as unbalanced supervision, lack of feedback and lack of solution to problems. From now on, we should strengthen culture construction, promote overall quality management and supervise the whole process of teaching.
