摘要
目的:探讨参附注射液对大鼠胰腺移植的保护作用。方法:糖尿病大鼠随机分为缺血再灌注组(I-R组)和参附注射液组(SF组)各30只,2组移植前2日,再灌注3和7日各随机处死6只大鼠,取血测血糖及淀粉酶,同时取胰腺组织行HE染色,用于观测各种代谢指标;其余6只大鼠观察1个月存活率。结果:再灌注后SF组1个月存活率高于I-R组(5/6∶3/6),各时间点血糖、血淀粉酶、进食量、排尿量和饮水量均低于I-R组(P<0.01或0.05);I-R组移植胰的损伤程度大于SF组。结论:参附注射液预处理可增加大鼠胰腺移植的存活率,降低血淀粉酶活性,减轻胰腺的再灌注损伤程度,对大鼠胰腺移植具有保护作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Shenfu injection (SF) on pancreas transplantation (PT) in the rats. Methods: Streptozocin-induced diabetic SD rats were randomly divided into 2 groups: group I-R consisted of 30 diabetic rats receiving PT, and group SF consisted of 30 diabetic rats receiving pancreas transplantation with Shenfu (10 mg/kg) injection before operation. Six rats were killed at the 2nd day before PT, 3rd day and 7th day after PT, for determination of blood sugar and amylase. Pancreas section was stained with HE. Six rats were used to observe some metabolism indices, and the remaining 6 rats were used to observe the one-month survival rate. Re- sults: The blood sugar and amylase activity, the food intake, the water intake and the urine volume in group SF were lower than in group I R at each time point after transplantation ( P〈0.01 or 0.05 respectively). The injury degree of pancreas graft in group SF was more severe than in group I-R. The one-month survival rate in group SF was higher than in group I-R (5/6:3/6). Conclusion: SF can increase the survival rate, reduce the amylase activity, alleviate the damage of pancreas graft, and protect the pancreas graft after PT in rats.
