摘要
计划是指导炼油厂生产的关键，用什么方法编制计划直接影响企业的生产和效益。通过对经验方法、传统的线性规划方法和仿真模型方法的综合分析，将３种方法有机地结合起来，提出了一种新的适应现代生产要求的计划编制方法，即基于炼油过程模拟的有人参与的线性规划方法，以实现炼油的计划－执行－检查－修正的管理循环。该方法既克眼了原有方法的不足，又保留了它们的优点，是一种改进的、新的实用方法。
Planning is one of the most important sections in the production of a refinery.Theapproach of making production planning directly affects the production and profit of an enterprise.Threemajor approaches,empirical method,conventional linear programming and simulation model,were analyzed,and a new method is proposed. The proposed method combines above three approaches,which is alinear programming based on the process simulation with the participation of practised person.Thus,themanagement cycle of PLAN-DO-CHECK-ACTION can be realized.
