摘要
从流程工业实施CIMS和供应链管理以提高企业的内部管理水平和经营水平的必要性出发 ,针对在引进过程中的对企业组织管理模式的落后和不配套 ,导致信息系统引进容易 ,而投入使用后 ,对企业带来实际效益变得异常艰难的情况 ,来研究企业配套的改革体制策略和最佳运行模式 ,以期为国内流程工业特别是传统的石化流程企业探索管理体制问题。
The implementation of CIMS and SCM in process industries will raise the enterprise operation and management level The backward and incomplete state of enterprise's organization and administration mode will lead to the easy introduction of information system on the one hand,but no obvious economic results for enterprises after putting the information system into use on the other hand According to the viewpoint and phenomenon mentioned above,this paper studies the reform system strategy and optimized operation modes for the enterprises,so as to probe the issue of administrative system for domestic process industries,especially the traditional petrochemical process industries
